Had another go on my step-mother's lat pulldown machine. It was a blast! It has the flye function too, so I was able to do those and loved it. Finally, I can work the pecs in a way other than just whacking out a bunch of pushups. (I love pushups, but they get old after a while, right? xD)
I also did some lat pulldowns and actaully managed to lift almost all the weight on the machine, which was a touch over 60KG or something. I dunno if that's good for a guy of my size, but it sure felt it. Hah Could probably do a rep or two of the entire lot (around 70KG perhaps) but the machine looked like it was struggling more than I was. x_x
Quite excited to be working the pecs more, though; mine are a tad lackluster, particularly in strength, I fear.
