It's almost 2 weeks now that I'm thinking every day how it would be beneficial to take measurements and make video of myself so I can track progress apart from the scales, but ....still nothing.. That's the life with executive function deficiency 😪 I'll get there eventually..
Any big busted ladies here to offer advice on how to measure the bust area, I always find it weird. Does anyone do it over the bra??
