Haven't been on here in 41 days!!! but I have been keeping up on my workouts and my eating. I do slip up now and then but not too bad. I'm going to start charting everything on here again. Good to be back!!!
92.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
