been a while. stayed around the same weight and muscle size throughout winter. hit the gym consistently.

Goals for the spring/summer:

- go from flat stomach to abs
- maintain muscle
- stay around 160 - 165
- start the outdoor workouts that i love
- limit the junk food
73.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.0 kg a Week
