One bread with mulberry jam, other two with chicken jelly.
This on the right is something I mixed up and it was soooo good. Tofu, onion & chestnut mushrooms previously softened on a pan, garlic, oats soaked in mushroom stock and one egg (egg is only because I didn't have enough oats), salt & paper, powdered smoke. Baked in the oven. I'll have to make it again because hubby really liked it 🙂
