Dukan Day 35
When I got up yesterday morning, I weighed 138 pounds! That was before:
Champagne (a lot) Hot dog w/bun Brownies (more than one) Watermelon Cherries Mojito Shrimp Satay Cabbage Salad Cucumber Salad Pita Chips Spinach Dip
I am back on program today-not hard as I have a massive hangover!
Will weigh in tomorrow when hopefully the damage won't be too horrible....
