2023.01.11(補) 早餐-無糖拿鐵+吉事蛋堡(忘記拍照了) 午餐-紫米飯+小白菜+毛豆+馬鈴薯絲+ 玉米筍+金針菇+杏鮑菇+炒蛋+高麗菜+綠豆湯 (最近很喜歡這家便當!!!😗) 點心-奇亞籽草莓優格+芭樂+一個but(快過期了要趕快吃掉) 晚餐-少許ㄉ飯+菜 運動-✗ 水量-2500ml 最近好像因為下午點心都吃優格~ 隔天💩都非常順暢餒!(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 而且是健康的那種! (太細節了哈哈哈哈)
