1全蛋2蛋白🥚➕1勺橄榄油葱油汁➕30g燕麦🥣,西芹🥬,圣女果🍅,牛奶🥛
这燕麦搭橄榄油葱油汁搭出干脆面的味道,还挺好吃,但不推荐,我比较能接受奇怪的味道😅
