water weight I hope, must have eaten really salty food yesterday, had to drink a ton of water last night and didn't have to pee a lot this morning; hopefully it's water.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 57.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
