Yesterday, I sat in Pizza Pizza while my sister, her friend, and my friend devoured an entire medium pizza. My friend (the same one I talk about on my homepage) follows Atkins on and off. She had bad stomach problems after eating the pizza - I can see why!
I almost gave into temptation a few times but my sister was surprisingly supportive. She said, "Don't do it. It's not worth it." And it isn't. I've come so far. I'm more than 1/3 of a way to my goal. Besides, just today, a boy called me a whale. It didn't really get to me though because I know I'm making a change in my life. Plus, he was fat himself so... hahaha HIPPOcrite ;) if you know what I mean!

Feeling better than ever before,

115 pounds is on the horizon. There is still work to be done though.
