fell of the wagon for a bit ate heavy of Chrissy, felt a little sleep apnea and scared me back to start again, no longer on ozempic as it's hard to get, so just doing a 1500 calorie deficit, and aiming for 7 months while doing strength training and low impact cardio, swimming I think as I feel my hip is on its way out.
