Rochelle reached out today. I was able to tell her that I started early and have been successful for 3 days now. Today is day 4. I mentioned that I need to drink water. I have flavors and need to add vegetables or fruit for flavor. It is important to know I had reached 262 for one’s day last week. I had been 258 and 259.8 also.
