Today I fasted for 35 hours since yesterday. it was tough because I had coffee late afternoon and I had trouble sleeping. Lesson learned...don't have coffee so late. We went for a 8km walk I and got in my 6000 steps. The view was awesome and refreshing. Week 1 of ADF 30 Challenge almost done.
I have made it through week one...Thank God for His strength.
