My main weigh in day is on Tuesday. Haven't yet been an member of Fat Secret for a month. But it looks like my daily in December 2022 was 2013 Calories. Generally speaking I feel ok, when I come to food and my personal bounds. Burning calories is anther issues.
I'm Thankful that I learn over the years I learn about expressing my self other than using my mouth. Every so often I will be sharing some of my creativity.
