Trying dif things with milk and whey 2day, gonna drink protein shake before and after workout and see how that goes. Did some clothing shopping yesterday, in.. junior section! LOL Feels great to be old and be able to shop there hehe. Anyway, off to run now.

So did I, had to buy new dress shorts, 4 sized smaller than my old ones. it was very cool. Missed you. Hope your doing well. Returned from Philly and was on vacation last week. Back at work
