I don't know what it was about the yoga I did yesterday, but it feels like all of the muscles between my ribs hate me. LOL......I'll have to do some more basic stuff today, and maybe just get some water walking in as opposed to full blown water aerobics. That is, if the sun comes out! Also, need to watch my snacking....especially with the holiday weekend! I was doing pretty good yesterday (even with my Five Guys visit!), but then snacked last night. Pretty healthy snacks, but a couple hundred extra calories nonetheless.
