I had a Good day when it came to eating. So I will end with half of the apple and peanut butter.
I have to admit after work, I stopped in the store to grab some melatonin, and since I did a good job. I thought of giving myself an award by getting a candy bar. But there has been a time I punish myself with sweets. So the next day, I permitted myself to have a small sweet.
Post note...I didn't end with half of an apple.
