Plain and simple I had a cookie and some cake. It has been five days since my last overly sweet day. And no it isn't a confession. Simple no guilt to it.

Oh, and cookies and cake weren't my entire day of eating. Ate some banana and blueberry pancake, with a slice of ham.

Lunch consists of left of beef stew, our stew has veggies in it.

Dinner ham, fruit cocktail, and macaroni and cheese.
We're low on meat. Christmas day we will do up the turkey, we got a small one. But it looks like we will be going to Safeway, our meat supply is on the low side. Back in turkey got my finger crossed it will be unfrozen.

Did my morning exercise. Down 1.8 pounds or 1 and ¾ pounds.Took the trash out, unload the dishwasher, put up some Christmas cards, general pick up around the place, made the bed, and wrap some more gifts.
It has been a while since I did a tarot layout. Been looking up different layouts and tried one base on a full moon in Capricorn
