Saturday, weigh in day. Stayed the same as last week but not quite sure why. Possibly some of my "eating out" did some of the damage even tho I tried to be careful of what I ate and its possible that I missed entering a couple of things. This coming week I will try to do better. I do have a couple of "going out meals" over the course of the week so will watch more carefully what I choose to eat.
