So Santa bought me a cold this year YAY! it's not COVID at least. Went and bought some immune boosting tablets. I'll stick to my eating at least, unless I get too sick to care but knowing myself I'm not about to eat junk food just because I'm sick.

Good on you Bruce. Sometimes it’s easier to eat healthy when you aren’t well. I can actually feel the grease from fast and fried foods coming out of my skin when I’ve eaten them, so that’s a great incentive when you aren’t feeling well. Your body is going through a change right now, which is why your immunity might be a little low, but it is adjusting and staying healthy will reap so many benefits over the coming weeks and months. You are really inspirational Bruce, keep us posted and take care of yourself.
