@achsa: wah banyak kak. Yg umum aja. Boobs : bench press, butt: squat-deadlift, abs : crunch-situp. Workout mah gampang sih kak. Yg menantang itu menuhin protein & konsisten jadiin gaya hidup. 😹 Semangat 💪🏼
