I've blown it today. :(

Hi, how are you? Here's my two cents, tho you didnt ask for it.. :) If you say "Ive blown it" that is when things go downhill, take it from me, it's better to not be down on yourself and just do your best for the rest of the day, and tomorrow, do better. It can turn into a binge if you give up and get discouraged. good luck.
