I’ve been eating sweets all my day off again. I have to learn how to solve psychological problems, and not overeat because of them.
Sometimes it feels like I already know how to handle it. Sometimes I fall down again 😏

I always make sure I've got plenty of fruit in my fridge. haven't had any sweets for nearly 3 months and it's a kill. Try Cadbury pots of joy chocolate dessert, less then 200 cals Lol.

I used to crave sugary foods, but not any more. As MartinMcEvoy already mentioned here, fruits are very good to help you. But when I really really want something sweet, I do have 1 or 2 dates, depending on the size of them, as they are really sweet and have got a lot of calories. I think you can find it in your town. Interesting, but some of my relatives live there. Do not worry. It takes time to solve problems. I wish you all the best. We believe in you. 😊😉

Hi Elka. Hope you had a nice day. Try some sugar free jelly that you can keep in the fridge with different flavours. Gym work/exercise is what I do when I get too much stress.

🥰 I hope your sessions will be beneficial. I find if I have something sweet, I then eat protein to get rid of sugary taste to try to stop me going back for more! 🥰
