Well I have reached my next plateau! I must persevere with my 1200 calorie days. I have been sneaking a few Christmas lollies into my plan. I know it is cheating. But I have not gone over at all. I have started the heart foundation walking plan with my husband. So hopefully it will kick start me again and hopefully I can get through Christmas without too many problems.

hard not to sneak the odd choc in if you are under your daily intake, i sneak a couple of darrel lea choc bullets in here and there, each one weighs 2.75 grams and is 11 calories, so 2 or 3 occasionally sustains the sugar cravings
