I am still with Noom. Been a noomie for the last 4 years. They’ve improved and I connect better with my group coach and personal coach. I like FS also because I can get to chit chat 💬 and joke around also enjoy other people’s meal pics.

I still turn in a food journal to my coach and I love the feature on here where I can print a whole week out. It does a summary on the first page and shows my average for the week so he can see if I hit my macros.

I had bad luck with Weight watchers too. They had the zero points on everything just about. Then when you look at the calories it's just too much. I heard bad about noom too. Both are pretty bad
