Yesterday I learned that aspartame can have the adverse reaction of causing belly fat and I can never look at Diet Coke the same way.
What’s the point of drinking something that’s low/zero calories if it will still cause belly fat? I am learning that products made with Stevia can be a healthier (still not healthy) alternative, as well as Splenda. Luckily my drink of choice is Gatorade Zero, which does not contain aspartame.
Just food for thought to share with all of you!
