No change today.

Weight Watchers is going back to their old plan, the one that helped me get down to 152. My goal is 150, and will maintain around 145.

I've rejoined and I'm doing well so far. I ate breakfast and had my coffee before my first workshop weigh-in last Friday. I also drank plenty of water because I didn't really care about that starting number. The scale clocked me at 171.2. Fine by me.

This Friday is my next weigh-in. We'll see what happens.

The points system is one that helps me make healthier choices.

I'm turning 40 in July. I'm hoping to hit my goal weight in May, in plenty of time for my new decade. ❤️
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

so friends...WW costs a lot of money and is not a permanent answer..I owuld suggest to anyone who cannot stay stopped once you reach goal weight...try Overeaters Anonymous .its free and people have lost all the weight and kept it off for decades and we get to resolve all kinds of issues..not just overeating and weight...most of us have struggled with food and weight since childhood..OA can help with binging, purging, bulimia, anorexia ..Oprah is a food addict..not just a chick who needs to lose a few pounds..she is an addict...we have all watched her struggles with food...addicts stop but cannot stay stopped and the weight goes back on...OA is an outgrowth of AA..if you have alcoholics or drug addicts in your family you are at risk for food addiction...try OA.org and attend some meetings on line...its works and you have to the tomb coverage with the OA family...I was sick and tired of being sick and tired..I wanted to stop the insanity of binge and restrict...Did I mention if was FREE? Any food plan is acceptable in OA..many work the WW plan....we suggest you not try to incorporate binge foods in your plan...I personally do not eat flour and sugar products Ive lost about 15 pounds...last weight was 123..going back down to 113 ..I never skip meals, I weight and measure with a digital scale..I weigh..end of tirade the food ...not me..weigh once a month...of..end of tirade...

Thanks, guys! I wish I could hug every one of you for all the support. @DianneGardner I've heard of OA and for some reason it makes me think of a Netflix show where they referred to OA as being a secret society or something 🤣. I completely agree that WW can be expensive, but it can be sustainable if you work it smartly, just like any plan. In WW, it's very easy to eat too few calories, which is why I double track into a calorie app like this one every so often to make sure I'm in a healthy range. I'm in a plan that meets weekly, and I love that in-person connection. With this type of plan, when you reach your goal weight and maintain it for 6 weeks, WW then becomes free. I love this relaxed approach and my focus is on enjoying the process, not perfect adherence to the plan, be sure that would lead to a disordered mindset about food for me ❤️
