eeewwwwww!!! I can't believe that I ate so much junk food today! I ate a small piece of cheesecake, m&m's and reese's peanut butter cup!! I should of stopped after the cheesecake! I haven't worked out today yet but I WILL work out to my dvd! for sure, I just have to let this dumb ass food digest a little bit.

My physiotherapist always told me that when he thought about eating something "bad" he reminds himself how much extra time he'd have to exercise to burn the calories consumed.
Set a goal for yourself, see how many days you can go without eating the candy. I did that with myself for pizza - the longer i went, the less I wanted it!
Dont beat yourself up over what you did today. Just focus on what you can do for tomorrow :) Small changes add up to big results!
