350gr ayam giling + 100gr udang
Kubis potong buat dicampur 25gr
Minyak wijen 2 sdm
Saos tiram 2 sdm
Merica 1 sdt
Garam 1 sdt
Royco ayam 1,5 sdt
Telur 1
Maizena 2 sdm
-> Semua bahan diatas dicampur ajaa
Buat kulitnya pakai kubis secukupnya (aku pake 20 lembar), direbus dulu atau dikukus sampe layu, baru deh masukin isiannya terus digulung, terus dikukus lagi 15 menitan hehe

Kemarin dapet 20 pcs gendut gendutt, makan 5 juga udah kenyang. Per pcs nya diitung dapet 67kkal, 3 gr carbo, 2 gr fat, 7 gr protein
