ok so I started the p90x workout monday was push ups OMG Tuesday was squats and lunges wow and today is arms. i can only do 1/2 hour but wow its a great workout.. i am also riding my stationary bike 30minutes. i hope this helps me loose more at 24.2 pounds weigh in tomorrow we will see :)
