For some reason I feel like I am not doing enough exercise and that I am slacking. I usually do a 30min/2 mile walk away the pounds and a 20 or 40 min yoga. I know that this should be fine it is almost an hour or over an hour everyday but for some reason I cannot get it in my head that this is enough.
For the past 16 months I have been going at my exercise with full force and usually did two or three workouts a day but I am at the point I feel like I probably won't lose anymore and that I need to just exercise for health instead of losing.
Don't get me wrong I would love to lose more but I don't think my body is going to let go of anymore. I have been going up and down 3-4 pounds for the last 4 months and I just don't see it going to happen.
So, do I try to get passed that feeling and be happy with what I am doing or do I try to bump it up a little more and go for another five pounds???

I have been feeling that way too...I always have that inner nagging voice telling me I could be doing more. It might just be our bodies now being used to it and wanting more. My best friend is struggling with that last 6 lbs for a long time, she goes up and down with it just the way you are. The last time she lost that 6 pounds to reach her goal a year ago, she worked out like insane and ate totally clean and healthy and it still took 3 months. Then over the last year she gained it back. Now struggling again to lose it. In my total honest opinion if it is your goal go for it. If your ok with that 5 lbs keep what your doing for your health. But no matter what be happy about what you have done, and what you are still doing!

Thanks Jen! I think I really want those five pounds but I want them out of my stomach and I know that they will not come from there. So, what I really just have to get passed is that my stomach ( without surgery ) will never be what I want it to be. Just wishful thinking. I did do my Jillian today b/c I was feeling really rested and I think I will just add extra stuff when I am feeling up to it and want to do them and keep my regular workouts the same.

Sometimes just changing things up can cause you to start losing again. You might look at your diet and see if there are areas you could tweak. I have actually stopped losing weight before because I was not eating enough for long periods of time, and when I upped t he calories, I started losing again, Now I plan up days into each week to prevent plateaus.
