OMG can't believe what I have eaten today. :(

Hi BFB,we all slip up occasionally look at me!.....I know I said that I wouldn't weigh myself till next week but as cilla says" surprise surprise..... I've lost 2lbs how the heck that happened I don't know but after today's feast it may go back on.....but another day of trying to be good is all I can do for now keep trying x

tomorrow is another day BFB, just make it up over the next week by cutting off another couple of hundred calories a day. or have a "fasting day" or just say sod it and chalk it up to experience!
