I cut out all dairy, replaced the majority of sweets with nuts and veggies and fruits. when I order a burger or a sandwich no more cheese. replaced soda with teas and propel people flavored water packets. I have now been insipred to take the next step and begin working out again.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

That's fantastic ☺️, I gave up dairy because I was an cheese acholic and milk didn't agree with my stomach anymore 🙄I feel a lot healthy now.
