Good Things!! ❤️

Fasting is back on track. I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would.

☕ Coffee (and vitamins) will have to wait until noon because I'm getting heartburn by drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Can I hit 145 by mid-April? I shall try.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hello, Natalie. I love smell and taste of a coffee. About 360 mL (12 oz.) is enough for a day. No milk or cream and no sugar. I really enjoy coffee solo. You are doing right. No doctor recommends coffee to the empty stomach. For me, I drink my so good coffee at the end of my first meal. Wish you all the best. 💖😀
