30 min/2mile walk away the pounds this morning and later I am going to do some yoga. Not sure if I want to do a 20 min or 40 min just yet but either way.
I just joined a 100 mile a week bike challange and it seems to be for outside riding but since I don't have a bike I will just use my stationary bike instead. I really should get a bike at some point just to add to the stuff I use to workout with.
Going to be good today and NOT eat bread!
Just thinking about bread is giving me cramps. Haha!
