Trying to figure this app out. Been under the weather for over a week and been unable to go to the gym. I can't wait to get back in there. I need to dial my diet back in. Holiday season sucks sometimes..lol

I feel your pain! My need encouragement so today I am going to join the gym. If I continue this way I will begin to have health problems. No way!!!
