Not a bad weight gain, I thought it would be much more. This week has been a full study week and finishing off my assignment, I never restrict on these weeks because it’s stressful enough 😂 Back to work tomorrow and back to a lower calorie level. I plan on being 70kg by the end of the year, I’m so close! X
