Feeling a bit hit and miss today - the diet was great last week and I was good all weekend until Sunday when I had a bit of a blow out - Picked myself up and was fine on Monday and then last night the other half took me out for some dinner and I went mad again and ended up eating just short of 3000 calories.....going out again tomorrow evening and feeling quite nervous about it to be honest. I will stick to the 1800 cals today but 1 day on, 1 day off doesn't help shift the lb's.......also I have already been given 1 easter egg and there is no way I will ignore that little gem......but I am not going to write off easter as I will undo all of the hard work I did last week so I am going to follow my own advice and continue 1 day at a time. Have ordered the outfit for Heather's wedding so hopefully the only alterations it will need between now and the wedding is to have it taken in.......hopefully!!!!

Hi Jaxy Jax, Your going to a wedding as well..... is it as close as mine?....maybe we can help each other along the path of weight loss?.....I'm going to an evening meal on good Friday so the diet is out of the window for that day, but will get back on track hopefully the next day, that is my Easter treat to myself as I'm not a choc aholic but good food and always wine is my downfall!.....And why not.....have not got my outfit sorted as I didn't want to buy a dress in a bigger size so lets keep up the good work x
