151…sometimes it’s hard to care. I didn’t really want the second sandwich…knew I shouldn’t have eaten it but did anyway. Sometimes I’m just tired of trying.

I go through same thing...I think most of us do. Just remember, start again and set small attainable goals for yourself.Log all your food, try to prep snacks for portion control and if you get to point of overeating, grab a fiber or protein snack. It will fill you up. Best of luck! 👍👍

Take a rest day. Or a small cheat day. Your mental health is valuable and sometimes doing breathing exercises can help clear your mind. Meditation helps me sometimes as well.

I know the feeling. Last week I had two burgers (no cheese tho) instead of only one for two days. I was able to resist the fries. Sometimes a person is too hungry and can't suppress that. So I made a low cal dessert for the next four days ☘️☘️☘️

I have the same feelings!! I get SO tired of ALL OF IT!! Tired of logging, weighing, measuring! Tired of getting on the scale! Tired of going without.....! Tired of caring!! GAH !!!! Feel better friend- it not the end of the world! (But it could turn into a bad season if you don't get going again!) YOU GOT THIS!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

Making changes takes a lot of practice. I've eaten a certain way for over 60 years. I'm still a work in progress. Keep at it the pay off is worth it 🥳
