I worked my butt off this last week and I lost 5 pounds!!!!!!!! I am going to continue this and I will not slip up again!!!! 14 more pounds to go till I get to my IDEAL weight!!! (4 pounds till my pre-pregnancy weight!!!)
65.3 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
