This past weekend was 50/50. Saturday, I didn't a lot but, I didn't eat healthy either. I left points on Saturday. Sunday, I went to brunch. I didn't eat a lot but, it wasn't totally unhealthy. Had brunch with about 5 mimosas. Had 1 martini and a beer. Came home and had 2 more beers. Overall water consumption this weekend was poor. I didn't average my gallon a day.. Today, I worked out for 35 minutes. Working on increasing my mph on the treadmill. Been at 3.5 mph. Will work towards 3.7 mph by the end of the week.
