Youve been through a lot, you're not to blame, stress and depression are definitely big causes of weight gain. Make sure you are looking after yourself....walking, practicing mindfulness, eating more in the morning than throughout the rest of the day to help insulin levels and sleep (discovered this really helps!)...go for a massage, my physio and massage person know all about stress and depression, they've been a massive help. Dont be hard on yourself, find a way to manage your situation, there is always a way 💜

I feel your pain, and if you take anti depressants they don’t make losing weight any easier either. when I wake up I read an affirmation card and stick to that affirmation all day, it’s made a difference with my wellness. Maybe try walking before you eat, even if it’s only for 20mins.
