Weight loss is slow to come, but since June 22 I have reduced my BMI from 34.1 to 30.7 and have lost 15 lbs.
In addition, I started running again in August, 0-10KM training and I can currently run 7.5KM.
Feeling proud of what I have achieved to date, but also looking forward to losing more and getting to my ultimate goal weight of 10 stone 7lb !
81.1 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
