I just love Sunday morning breakfast! Just did my first oven baked Frittata from left over meats and seafood( pork, turkey bacon, salmon, sardines, spinach, eggs, coconut oil, new zealand cheddar cheese salt and spices)... And served with a side of avacado and tomato salad! It tasted! Heavenly! And the good thing is I have left overs for three mornings breakfast... Where can I post a photo?
