Went to a Registered dietitian yesterday, very insightful, got a new meal plan designed to help with my hypothyroidism and insulin resistance, complete opposite diet to what I had been doing, so lets hope this now actually works Day 1 - lets do this :-)

High fibre, medium protein, low fat ... 3 meals, 2 snacks a day
Lots of fruit and veg and alot of carbs ... whole wheat bread and pasta
