My weight still came down although had a few weekends of eating wrong and work trips which envolved earing out and take aways. Still doing the same weight lifting routine 4 times a week. This alternates between upper and lower body. I eat 3 meals a day, 6am, 12 noon and 6pm. Started using creatine and a pre workout...don't know which one makes the difference, but feel like a monster during the workout. Think it's time to move onto a more advanced workout...will do some homework and decide.
