I wasn't able to do much walking this week, we have had so many fires all around us that the air is heavy with smoke and it isn't healthy being out in too much of that. I did my water arobics and even tho I love the pool, I don't actually do a lot of actual swimming so don't get my exercise that way. My loss was only 1 lbs but that is OK, maybe with a slow loss it will stay off longer !! I need to look for a pic of me when I was thinner and put that up in front of me
A pool/cookout today so have to really watch what I eat.
Well the pool/puppy party was a big success, weather perfect and food all great. Needless to say I enjoyed everything that I shouldn't have so I am now paying for it and will really have to get back on the wagon for the rest of the week !!
