Yes, I love it! I love that I don't have to waste so much time doing an hour of low cardio, but that in just a few minutes I'll be done. It's really challenging and keeps me motivated. When I'm not doing short HITT workouts, I'll do Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I think she called hers circuit training, but it sure does feelss like a HITT workout!
