Was not good this weekend, but I never am. My goal weight for this week is to get to 137. Boyfriend said he noticed some change. That is exciting! Got lots of healthy food for the week. I really just need to get better at weekends. My friend is coming and although we will eat, drink, and be merry, he wants to hike and walk around a lot so that should make up for some the indulgences... I hope.
