Sarapan pagi ini makan bolu 50 gram. Kalorinya 155. Bagiku tidak ada cheat day krn tiap hari aku makan semua yg aku mau tapi ngebatasin porsinya. Ini yang bikin aku bisa turun 7 kg dalam 2 bulan. Intinya defisit kalori!!!
